Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed in writing by Liverpool Tour Experiences. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on the service booked and will be clearly set out in your booking confirmation. In general: cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Liverpool Tour Experiences reserves the right to cancel or amend services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closures or force majeure events.
Liability
Liverpool Tour Experiences carries full public liability insurance. However, we cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss of property, or consequential losses arising from services provided by third-party operators including venues, transport providers and experience partners. Clients are advised to arrange their own travel and event insurance.
